Free access to CE has been made available for healthcare professionals by HOWIS in Wales and NHS Scotland e-Library in Scotland. You can browse the content freely if you are accessing it from the HOWIS website in Wales or the e-Library website in Scotland, using an Athens username and password.
Users with Athens accounts provided by Scottish or Welsh institutions can log in with their Athens account.
